Sarah’s commitment to me and her proactive approach in each step of my first buying process there was no question who I wanted beside me when it came time, two years later, to sell my Cotswold condo Sarah had sold to me and purchase a new home in South Charlotte. Not only did Sarah feverishly work to list my Cotswold condo and have it shown and sold in record timing (under 20 days), she also helped me purchase a house listed as a “short-sale” at the same time. Sarah calmly and confidently walked with me through every step of that process which I have often heard can be a trying and unpleasant experience for many home buyers. For me, the short sale experience was a dream come true.
